I’m a 20-year-old in real estate based out of New York. I lead acquisitions at Argentum NYC, sourcing and underwriting value-add multifamily, mixed-use, and ground-up development across the five boroughs, and I’m studying real estate at Baruch College.

Outside of that I run Hanan Capital, the entity I built to do my own deals and partnerships as I start investing on my own account. I invest in public markets, I run a resale operation in Brooklyn, and I build tools for all of it. This site is where it all lives.
